FastLeadFlo is a local business directory for McKinney, Frisco, Allen, Plano and Prosper, Texas, operated by UpFlex Digital LLC. This page explains where the numbers on our listings and in our guides come from, how rankings are computed, and what money can and cannot change. Every guide on this site points back here, and we intend this page to hold us to account.
Every listing starts with the business's public Google listing: its name, address, phone number, website, hours, Google rating, review count, rating distribution, and the attributes and categories Google shows. Business owners can claim a listing, free, and correct their details. We refresh the underlying data on a weekly cycle, so figures move as Google's figures move.
Directory pages sort businesses by Google rating, highest first, with review count as the tiebreak. Our ranked guides use the same two numbers and nothing else, plus a minimum review count, stated in the guide, that a business must clear before it can be ranked at all. The floor exists so that a perfect rating from a handful of customers cannot outrank a slightly lower rating earned across hundreds of reviews. Every ranked guide states its floor and its order on the page, and the ranking can be recomputed from the directory data by anyone who wants to check our work.
No business can pay to change its rating, its review count, its position in an editorial ranking, or the contents of a guide. Those come from the data and the stated method. FastLeadFlo does sell advertising: Featured and Exclusive placements, described in our terms. Paid placements are labeled as advertising wherever they appear, and if a guide ever mentions a business in its capacity as an advertiser, that mention is labeled as advertising too. A business's advertising status is never an input to a ranking.
A Google rating is a record of how customers felt, gathered by Google, and shown here as reported. It says nothing about price, insurance, licensing, or quality on any single job, and we do not present it as if it did. Where a guide needs a fact we do not hold, the guide goes without it rather than filling the gap.
If a listing is wrong, the fastest fix is to claim it, free. Anyone can also write to us at eddiegillies@gmail.com to report an error, question a ranking, or ask how a figure was produced. If we get a number wrong, we fix the page and the method note with it.
