FastLeadFlo is a local business directory operated by UpFlex Digital LLC ("FastLeadFlo," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use fastleadflo.com, what we do with it, and who receives it. Quote requests. When you send a quote request, we collect your name, your phone number and email address (whichever you give us), your message, and the category, city, and business your request is about.
Listing claims. When you claim a business listing, we collect the business name, your name, your email address, your phone number, and any note you add. If you verify a claim with an emailed code, the code itself is stored only as a scrambled hash, never in plain form.
Business customers. Businesses that buy placement pay through Stripe. Stripe handles the payment itself; we never see or store full card numbers. We keep the business's name, contact email and phone, plan, and subscription record.
Business listings are compiled from public sources, mainly each business's public Google listing: name, address, phone number, website, hours, ratings, review counts, and listing attributes. Business owners can claim a listing and correct this information. Listing information about a business is not the private information of a consumer, and owners can ask us to correct or remove it at any time.
We measure how visitors use this directory, including clicks on listings, phone numbers, and websites, and interactions with our forms, grouped by category and city. We never collect the contents of any form you submit through these measurements. We use Google Analytics, which sets its own cookies and collects standard device and usage data under Google's policies.
To make returning visits easier, your browser may remember the listings you viewed recently on this device. That memory stays in your own browser and is never sent to us or anyone else.
We use the information above to run the directory: deliver quote requests, verify and process claims, show listing information, prevent spam and abuse, understand which categories and cities visitors use, and communicate with you about your request, claim, or account.
This is the part to read before you send one.
Requests in a category and city with an Exclusive partner. One business per category and city can pay for Exclusive placement. If the category and city of your request has an Exclusive partner, your request, including your name, contact details, and message, goes directly to that business so it can follow up with you.
All other requests. If no Exclusive partner covers your request, it waits in our queue. We may offer it to a single business in that category and city, and if that business buys it, it receives the same details so it can follow up with you. An unrouted request is sold at most once, to one business. We do not sell quote requests to data brokers or mailing lists, and we do not sell them in bulk.
Requests sent from a business's page. These go into the same queue above and are handled the same way.
We rely on a small set of providers to run the site: Google (analytics, and the source of public listing data), Supabase (database hosting), Modal (form processing), Vercel (website hosting), and Stripe (payments from business customers). Each receives only the information it needs to do its part. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect the rights and safety of our users and businesses.
The cookies on this site come from Google Analytics and exist to measure visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers an opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The on-device remembering described above is controlled entirely by your browser; clearing site data removes it.
You can opt out of your quote request being sold, or ask about, correct, or delete your information, at any time by emailing eddiegillies@gmail.com. We aim to answer privacy requests within 45 days.
We keep quote requests, claims, and account records while they are needed to run the service, deliver requests, keep claim records straight, prevent abuse, and meet legal duties. We do not yet run a fixed deletion schedule. If you ask us to delete your information, we will delete it unless the law requires us to keep it.
Connections to this site are encrypted. Access to the systems holding requests and claims is limited to the software that runs the service and to our team. Verification codes are stored only as hashes and expire in 15 minutes. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep information protected in proportion to what we hold.
This directory is for adults looking for local services. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
If we change how we collect, use, or share information, we will update this page and its date before the change takes effect for new submissions.
